Ozzy's Chaps Meet Your Wrist
Who wouldn't want leather touching their wrist that had previously graced the ass of Ozzy Osbourne himself? Fashion-forward watchmaker Nixon and MusiCares are banking on the fact that someone out there will want to buy limited edition watches whose straps are made from clothing worn by a gaggle of rock stars. Besides black leather pants from Ozzy, the watches will also be made from Jeff Buckley's black leather jacket, Peter Frampton's blue leather pants, and Audioslave/Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell's brown leather jacket, among others. The money from these watches, which run from $500 to $1,000, will be donated to hurricane relief funds through the MusiCares foundation. The collection will be available in twelve stores in major cities throughout the world including New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Tokyo, and London.
